Strawberry, Mozzarella, and Prosciutto Salad
Strawberries, Mozzarella, and Prosciutto tossed with baby arugula and a balsamic vinaigrette.

- 4 cups baby arugula
- 8 small mozzarella balls
- 12 strawberries, halved
- 4 slices prosciutto, cut in thirds, and rolled up
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. honey
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- pinch kosher salt
Toss together the arugula, mozzarella, prosciutto, and strawberries.
Mix together the oil, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper, in a small jar. Toss with the salad right before serving.
