Lobster Linguini Fra Diavolo
Lobster Linguini Fra Diavolo is one of our favorite seafood dinners. I start this pasta dish by making a spicy Fra diavolo tomato sauce. Then, I stir in lots of cooked lobster and al dente linguini. Finally, I top it all off with fresh basil and lots of grated parmesan cheese. We like this lobster linguini for several reasons. First of all, I like that I can make this whole pasta dish in just twenty minutes. Secondly, I like that this is almost a complete meal. I like to serve it with a crisp salad. Thirdly, I like that I can make this linguini dish ahead of time. I like to reheat it in the microwave. And, lastly, we all love all the fresh lobster and spicy sauce in this dish.
The Equipment I Used
- A Big Pot- Use a big pot to boil your pasta.
- A Large Skillet- Cook the sauce in a big skillet. That way you can toss the pasta right in the pan.
The Ingredients Needed for Lobster Linguini Fra Diavolo
- Lobster- To save time I used precooked lobster meat. If you are going to steam your own lobsters, use two or three one pound lobsters.
- Linguini- I always use Barilla linguini.
- Tomatoes- I like to use the Pomi tomatoes that come in a box. But you can also use canned crushed tomatoes.
- Wine- Use pinot Grigo or another dry white wine
- Bay Leaves- These add lots of flavor, so don’t omit them.
How I Made my Lobster Linguini
- First, I made the spicy tomato sauce. I used one teaspoon of red pepper flakes to make the sauce just a little spicy. If you want it spicier, add more red pepper flakes.
- Next, I cooked the linguini. Be sure to not overcook your pasta.
- Finally, I tossed the sauce with the linguini and lots of cheese.
If you like lobster, you need to try this saucy and delicious Lobster Linguini Fra Diavolo.
